At the conference, representatives of specialized agencies informed about the purpose, meaning, and scope of project implementation.
The investment project to build the Ninh Binh - Hai Phong expressway (CT. 08), the section passing through Hai Phong city and 9 km in Thai Binh province (now Hung Yen province), from the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway to the coastal road intersection is implemented in Quyet Tien residential group, Nam Do Son ward with a total recovered area of about 8.19 ha.
The project is implemented in the period 2025 - 2028, aiming to complete the expressway network according to the plan, strengthen connectivity between Hai Phong and provinces in the Red River Delta region and create momentum for the development of the southern economic zone of the city.
According to the expected progress, land recovery work will be implemented from July 13th, 2026 to November 28th, 2026. In which, the inventory of land and assets will be carried out in July and August. The compensation plan will be prepared, consulted and approved in the period from the end of August to mid-October. The compensation payment will take place at the end of October and complete the handover of the land fund to the investor before November 28th, 2026. In case propaganda and mobilization have been carried out but the person whose land is recovered does not comply, coercion will be carried out according to the provisions of law.
Representatives of the Ward People's Committee also disseminated contents related to the work of inventorying, land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement for households located in the affected area. Through the conference, the local government wishes to create consensus among the people, contributing to ensuring the project implementation progress according to the set plan.
