According to the announcement of the People's Committee of Kien An ward, the auction list includes 57 land plots belonging to the Project to build technical infrastructure for the land area to auction land use rights in alley 402 Tran Nhan Tong street. The auction organization plan is implemented in 2026, after completing all dossiers, procedures and selecting property auction practice organizations according to regulations.
The auctioned land is intended for residential land for housing construction, and is allocated land through land use rights auctions in accordance with the law. The winning bidder is allowed to use the land stably and for a long time. A total of 57 land plots are put up for auction, with a total area of 6,277.84 m2.
The starting price of the entire land plot is 116,508,988,800 VND, applied until the end of 2026. The starting price for each plot ranges from 18 million VND to 20.394 million VND/m2. The adjacent plots have a main area of about 90 m2, while 12 villa plots have an area of 162.17-201.96 m2.
The subjects participating in the auction are households, individuals and organizations that meet the conditions according to the provisions of law on land and property auctions. The Kien An Ward Construction Investment Project Management Board is assigned to preside over and coordinate with property auction practice organizations and related units to organize the implementation.
