On September 14, Phu Lien ward continued to organize the payment of compensation and site clearance support funds to households with land subject to recovery to implement the project to build a road connecting National Highway 5 - National Highway 10.
During the day, the ward made payments to 17 households, including 10 households with residential land, 1 household with cemetery land and 7 households with agricultural land for perennial crops, with a total amount of 25.2 billion VND.
As of September 14, out of a total of 218 households with residential land subject to project recovery, Phu Lien ward paid 172 households, with a total cost of more than 288 billion VND.
The project to build a road connecting National Highway 5 - National Highway 10 is one of the key projects of the city; it is of great significance in completing the transport infrastructure network, strengthening regional connectivity, and creating motivation for socio-economic development.
In Phu Lien ward, the total area of land recovered for project implementation is 28.25 ha. Site clearance work is focused on and implemented synchronously and drastically by Phu Lien ward, in which high concentration is placed on propaganda and mobilization for households whose land is recovered, ensuring project implementation progress.
