In October and November 2025, Lang Son province will simultaneously organize two auctions of high-value assets.
Commercial "golden land" in the south of the central area is preparing to be auctioned
According to Notice No. 61/TB'TTDVDTS of the Property Auction Service Center (Lang Son Department of Justice), the 8,481.5 m2 commercial - service land in the resettlement and residential area of the old city in the South will be auctioned at 9:00 a.m. on November 14, 2025 at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
The land is divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 with an area of 3,060.5 m2, Lot 2 with an area of 5,421 m2. This is an area with complete infrastructure, located in a convenient location, directly connected to major traffic routes.
According to the detailed planning, the land is allowed to build a maximum of 20-storey building, construction density of 60%, land use coefficient of 13.8 times, the total floor area can reach 110,000 m2 - potential for the development of commercial projects, offices or high-end hotels.
The starting price was announced at 43.9 billion VND (Lot 1: 15.6 billion VND; Lot 2: 28.2 billion VND), with a deposit of 8.78 billion VND.
Auction of the right to lease and exploit the parking lot of the Provincial General Hospital
At the same time, Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company - Lang Son Branch announced the auction of the right to lease and exploit parking services at Lang Son General Hospital (Notesc No. 267/2025/TB-DGNAP-CNLS).
The auction area has an area of 5,950 m2, currently under construction of iron frames, corrugated iron roofs, cement floors and is operating stably. The auction winner will be able to sign a 60-month (5-year) lease contract.
The starting price for the entire contract term is 6.63 billion VND, with a deposit of 700 million VND.
The participation conditions are quite strict: the enterprise must have a valid business license for at least 10 years, a minimum charter capital of 10 billion VND and prove financial capacity. The auction will be held at 3:00 p.m. on October 30, 2025 in the form of a single round of secret ballot.
The two auctions above show two different investment directions but share the same goal of local economic development.
While the commercial land is a "golden land" for investors with great potential and the desire to develop large-scale projects, the right to exploit hospital parking lots is suitable for service businesses with experience and stable operational capacity.
