On June 20, according to PV's investigation, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center has just announced the organization of an auction of land use rights for 10 residential land plots in Bang Thanh commune. The auction is expected to take place on July 9.
According to information from the Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center, the 10 land plots put up for auction are all rural residential land, with a total area of more than 1,001m2.
The land plots are located in residential infrastructure land belonging to the project road after the old Treasury and Na Cooc residential area, belonging to Bang Thanh commune.
In which, the land plot behind the old Treasury has 4 plots with areas from 71.2m2 to 100m2, starting price from nearly 350 million VND to more than 491 million VND/plot. Na Cooc residential area has 6 plots, each plot 105m2 wide, starting price more than 616 million VND/plot.

Land plots allocated by the State with land use fees collected, long-term use term. The deposit amount is equal to 20% of the starting price of each land plot, the minimum price step applied is 2 million VND. Participants in the auction buy dossiers with a fee of 100,000 VND/dossier.
According to the plan, people can see the actual location of the land plots from July 19 to 26. Auction registration documents are sold and received until 5 pm on July 6 at the Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center and the Bang Thanh Commune General Service Center.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 9:30 am on July 9th at the headquarters of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center. The auction form is indirect voting, the method is to bid up.
The auction organizing unit notes that participants must complete all documents, deposit money on time and comply with the regulations according to the Law on Auction of Assets.
Cases of fraud, collusion or obstruction of auction activities will be handled according to regulations and the deposit will not be refunded.
For auction winners, full fulfillment of financial obligations is a mandatory condition for recognition of the results and issuance of land use right certificates. In case of violation of payment obligations, the auction winning result may be canceled and handled according to current regulations.
