On July 5, the People's Committee of Chan Hung commune organized the payment of compensation and support money to 14 households whose land was recovered to implement the project, with a total amount of over 21 billion VND.
Previously, on July 4, 11 households in the commune also received compensation and site clearance support funds for the project. The total amount paid was more than 15 billion VND. The payment was carried out publicly, transparently, and in accordance with regulations, contributing to ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people, and at the same time accelerating the site clearance progress, creating favorable conditions for the project to be implemented soon according to plan.
The Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park - Zone B project is a key project of the city, which is of great significance in attracting investment, creating jobs and promoting socio-economic development in the area.
The project scale is 186.49 ha, with a total investment of nearly 2,800 billion VND, located in the development orientation of the Southern Coastal Economic Zone of Hai Phong, concretizing Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW of the Politburo on construction and development of Hai Phong to 2030, vision to 2045.
The project is expected to attract high-quality investment capital, especially in the fields of electronics, mechanical engineering, automobile manufacturing and assembly, and high-tech industry. When put into operation, this industrial park will create thousands of jobs for local workers, improve people's incomes and lives, and make a large contribution to the state budget through taxes and fees.
