Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 27 land lots in Giao Binh commune, Ninh Binh province.
The total area of the auctioned land is 2,766.4m2, divided into 27 lots with an area of 84.5 - 130m2. The starting price ranges from 6.5 to 9.35 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 650 million VND to more than 1 billion VND per plot, with the total starting price of the entire plot of land being more than 20.4 billion VND.
The price step applied to all land lots is 100,000 VND/m2, as a basis for determining the valid bid price of the auction participant.
Registration documents are sold and received at two locations: the headquarters of Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company (from 8:00 a.m. on October 27 to 5:00 p.m. on November 6, 2025) and the headquarters of Giao Binh Commune People's Committee (formerly Giao Yen Commune People's Committee, Giao Thuy District, Nam Dinh Province) from 8:00 a.m. on October 30 to 5:00 p.m. on November 6, 2025. People can submit their application directly at one of these two locations.
The auction is organized in the form of direct voting in one round for each plot of land, according to the method of bidding up. Auction participants bid at a unit price per square meter, the amount of money to buy a plot of land is calculated by multiplying the winning auction price by the area of the plot. The valid bid is equal to or higher than the starting price, while the winning bid must be at least one step higher than the starting price.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 7:00 a.m. on November 11, 2025 at the Giao Binh Commune People's Committee Hall (formerly the Giao Yen Commune People's Committee Hall, Giao Thuy District, Nam Dinh Province).
