The Property Auction Service Center - Department of Justice of Hung Yen province has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 19 residential land lots in the residential planning area of Dong Quan commune, Hung Yen province.
According to the announcement, the invitation to participate in the auction will be sold at the People's Committee of Dong Quan commune for two days, from 8:30 a.m. on November 6 to 4:30 p.m. on November 7, 2025; and at the Property Auction Service Center from 8:00 a.m. on October 27 to 11:30 a.m. on November 10, 2025 (except for Saturday, Sunday and holidays).
Participants pay the deposit between 8:00 a.m. on October 27 and 11:30 a.m. on November 10, 2025. The submission of registration documents to participate in the auction is carried out at the same time, at the People's Committee of Dong Quan commune or the Auction Center.
The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on November 13, 2025 (third year) at the Hall of the People's Committee of Dong Quan commune.
The deposit is divided into 11 levels, from 85 million VND to 210 million VND/plot of land. The starting price is calculated according to the unit price of 1m2, ranging from 4.5 million VND to 7.15 million VND/m2 depending on the location of the land plot.
Participants need to submit a registration form, photocopy of their citizen identification card and go directly to do the procedure. The time to view the property is from the time of starting to sell the documents until the end of the deposit payment period.
The price for purchasing auction documents is regulated at two levels: 100,000 VND/bunch for lots with low starting prices and 200,000 VND/bunch for lots with higher starting prices.
The auction is organized in the form of direct voting in one round, the method of bidding up; participants fill in information on the empty positions on the bidding forms according to the Center's instructions.
