Property Auction Service Center No. 2 has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 1,752.2m2 of residential land, divided into 13 lots in Quynh Ngoc residential area, Ngoc Lam commune, Hung Yen province.
The starting price is applied from 4.032 million VND/m2 to 7.722 million VND/m2, excluding registration fees and land use right certificate issuance fees. The plots of land have complete traffic infrastructure.
The auction fee is regulated to be 100,000 VND/plot for lots with a starting price of less than 1 billion VND and 200,000 VND/plot for lots with a starting price of 1 billion VND or more.
Participants must pay a deposit of VND 96.768 million to VND 273.976 million/plot of land, from October 20 to November 3, 2025.
The registration documents to participate in the auction will be received from 8:00 a.m. on October 20, 2025 to 4:00 p.m. on November 3, 2025 at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Ngoc Lam commune (old Quynh Ngoc commune People's Committee), Quynh Lang village, Ngoc Lam commune, Hung Yen province. The time to submit the bidding form will also take place on November 3, 2025, at the same location.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:00 a.m. on November 6, 2025 at the Cultural House of Ngoc Lam commune (old Quynh Ngoc commune), Quynh Lang village, Ngoc Lam commune, Hung Yen province, in the form of indirect voting for each plot of land, the method of bidding is calculated according to the unit price of 1m2 of land use rights.
