At the 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the delegates unanimously approved the Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee to concretize the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, with many key goals and tasks in socio-economic development.
4 pillars of growth
Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee emphasized: The whole Khanh Hoa province needs to focus on effectively implementing the 4 pillars of economic growth including: industry, energy, tourism - services and urban - construction.
Accordingly, the province will prioritize selecting capable investors; developing in-depth industry, applying high technology, creating a large source of revenue for the budget.
The energy sector focuses on clean power projects such as wind power, solar power, gas and nuclear power. Tourism - services aimed at the high-class segment, developing the night-time economy, attracting high-spending customers.
At the same time, Khanh Hoa will invest in building modern, environmentally friendly urban areas, associated with green urban development.
A series of key projects
The action program sets out many important projects, including: building Khanh Hoa into a centrally-governed city; building mechanisms and policies to mobilize resources for the development of strategic infrastructure projects in the period of 2025 - 2030; developing smart cities in the period of 2026 - 2030.
Regarding urban infrastructure, the province will implement large-scale projects such as: Cam Ranh Bay Urban Area (1,54ha), Cam Lam New Urban Area (10.365ha), Tu Bong High-end New Urban Area (2,579.23ha), Dam Mon High-end Multi-purpose Urban Area (1,540.29ha), Nha Trang Mixed-use Urban Area (227ha)...
In the field of transport infrastructure, many strategic projects will be implemented including: Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway, Nha Trang - Da Lat Expressway, coastal routes, routes connecting the Central Highlands and South Central regions, the Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang high-speed railway (land clearance, resettlement) ...
In addition, the province will expand and upgrade Cam Ranh, Van Phong, Thanh Son airports; develop the Khanh Hoa seaport system into an international transit center.
Digital infrastructure is also a spearhead with 5G, 6G telecommunications projects, data centers, and IoT management platforms.
At the same time, Khanh Hoa will develop a new industrial park system such as Doc Da Trang, Ninh Xuan, Ninh Diem, Ca Na, Nam Cam Ranh; along with important irrigation works such as Song Bung, Song Can, Song Co 1 reservoirs...
The 2025-2030 action program is expected to create a breakthrough in development, making Khanh Hoa a dynamic growth pole of the country.
