The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2557/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 land use plan of Thanh Xuan district, adding 2 more projects with a total area of 0.67ha.
Previously, in the 2025 land use plan approved at the beginning of the year, Thanh Xuan district had 12 land-using projects, of which 4 projects were to build, renovate and expand routes, to improve traffic infrastructure.
The largest project is the Ring Road 2.5 from Nguyen Trai (National Highway 6) to Dam Hong, passing through Thuong Dinh, Ha Dinh, Khuong Trung and Khuong Dinh wards. This route has a land use area of up to 6.56 hectares and will be implemented from 2022 to 2026.
In Ha Dinh and Thanh Xuan Trung wards, the project to invest in building technical infrastructure around Re Quat Lake has an area of 1.53 hectares (recovering 0.64 hectares), aiming to beautify the landscape and connect traffic in the area.
Recently, alley 168/21 and alley 168/21/2 Nguyen Xien were also invested in construction with an area of 0.21ha, helping to improve internal traffic and expand residential roads.
Thanh Xuan Trung Ward has a traffic project under implementation: Renovation and expansion of Nguyen Tuan Street (1.44ha, recovery of 0.01ha).
Another project in the auxiliary infrastructure group is the project to build playgrounds and patrol stations on land plots after site clearance in Ha Dinh and Kim Giang wards. This project uses 0.06ha of land, to take advantage of land funds after site clearance to serve public purposes and ensure security and order.
Thanh Xuan District is also coordinating the implementation of the Thanh Xuan 220/110kV transformer station project in Nhan Chinh Ward, with an area of 0.06ha, serving the upgrading of the power system and technical infrastructure in the western urban area.
At the request of the City People's Committee, Thanh Xuan District must publicize the land use plan, implement the land acquisition progress correctly and report the results before October 15, 2025.
