On July 24, Binh Phuoc Ward People's Committee said that the ward's functional forces have supported households to dismantle houses, relocate materials to hand over land to investors, and accelerate the progress of the Dong Xoai New Urban Area - Central Park project.
Accordingly, the ward's functional forces have supported households to dismantle 5 houses facing National Highway 14 connecting to the new urban area project - Dong Xoai Central Park.
This is one of the key projects of Binh Phuoc ward that has carried out site clearance work in recent years.
According to the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc ward, to accelerate the progress of the key project, the ward and the investor have met and dialogued, propagated compensation policies and site clearance for people. The People's Committee of Binh Phuoc ward and the investor also supported households to agree to dismantle and relocate housing and architectural materials quickly and conveniently.
It is known that the above project has a scale of about 49ha, in 2018 it was approved for Nha Trang Housing and Urban Development Joint Stock Company to be the investor. The project is divided into 2 phases. In which, phase 1 is more than 29ha wide, focusing on building a central park and resettlement infrastructure. Phase 2 is nearly 20ha to build a land fund for commercial housing, social housing and public amenities.
