Clause 2, Article 38 of Decree 100/2024/ND-CP stipulates that in case a project has a priority subject as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 79 of the 2023 Housing Law, it is given priority to buy, rent, and rent social housing without having to draw a certain quota.
Currently, according to Point d, Clause 1, Article 79 of the 2023 Housing Law, there are 5 groups of subjects given priority to buy social housing in addition to 12 subjects eligible to buy social housing, including:
- People with revolutionary contributions.
- Relatives of martyrs.
- People with disabilities.
- People arranged for resettlement in the form of buying or leasing social housing.
- Female.
In case an object is entitled to many different support policies, it is entitled to a highest support policy.
In case there are many subjects that meet the standards and conditions of buying social housing, the investor will approve the above priority order.
Thus, besides 12 subjects to buy social houses, there are groups of 5 subjects who are given priority to buy social houses not through the lottery form until the number is out, including people with meritorious services to the revolution, relatives of martyrs, people with disabilities, people arranged to resettle in the form of buying and buying social houses and women.
The investor will review the subjects that are prioritized according to the time of submitting the application first, then considering the records of people of 12 subjects who are allowed to buy social houses in the form of a draw.
The number of apartments (houses) for priority subjects is determined by the total number of dossiers of 5 priority groups on the total number of applications for multiplication and the total number of apartments (houses) of the project of the project.
