The National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 has just announced the organization of the first auction of land use rights for 62 plots of land (phase 1) in the Dam area, Cach Xa village, Dan Hoa commune, Hanoi (formerly in Cao Xuan Duong commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi).
The plots of land have symbols from ONT-2-27 to ONT-2-40, ONT-3-41 to ONT-3-65 and ONT-5-79 to ONT-5-101, with a total area of 5,484.42m2. The area of each plot ranges from 72.6m2 to 133.48m2.
The auction is organized in the form of direct voting at the auction using the method of bidding up. The auction is conducted in the form of direct secret ballot in multiple rounds for each plot of land, with a minimum of 3 mandatory rounds and a maximum of 5 rounds. In case in any round before the 3rd round, the highest valid bid is equal to or higher than the starting price plus two price steps, and there is no more bidder in the next round, that person will be determined to win the auction. The direct voting in multiple rounds ends when there are no more bidders.
The starting price in round 1 is VND9,283,000/m2, approved by competent authorities and publicly announced before the auction.
From round 2 onwards, the starting price is determined by the highest valid bid of the previous round. If in the previous round, the highest bid is equal to the starting price, then the starting price of the next round will be equal to the starting price of the previous round plus one price step.
The common price step applied to the plots of land is 15,000,000 VND/m2 for the three mandatory rounds (rounds 1, 2, 3) and 1,000,000 VND/m2 for rounds 4 and 5. No limit on the number of price increases in each round.
The registration time to participate in the auction starts from 8:00 a.m. on November 13, 2025 and ends at 5:00 p.m. on December 1, 2025.
The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on December 4, 2025 (third year) at the Hall of the People's Committee of Dan Hoa commune (old).
Auction participants must be present at the venue at least 60 minutes before the auction to complete the procedures for appointment and enter the auction room.
