Accordingly, on November 29, at the Hall of the People's Committee of Tan Cuong Commune (old Thai Nguyen City), Viet Bac Joint Stock Auction Company will organize an auction of land use rights under the Residential Area Project and functional areas on both sides of the Song Cong - Nui Coc tourist route (area No. 2).
According to the announcement, the auctioned assets include 49 rural land lots (ONT), with a total area of over 5,000m2, adjacent to two planned routes of 34.5m and 15.5m wide, with a total starting price of nearly 12 billion VND. The land use term is long-term, the form of indirect voting auction is upward bidding.
People in need can view the land, buy and submit documents from November 5 to November 26, 2025 (during office hours).
The application fee is 100,000 VND/plot. The payment form must be sent by post and delivered to the organizer before 5:00 p.m. on November 26, 2025.
The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on November 29, 2025, at the Hall of the People's Committee of Tan Cuong commune.
Participants must pay a deposit equivalent to 20% of the starting price for each lot, transfer a separate amount and clearly state the content according to the instructions. This amount must be "disclosed" before the prescribed time limit.
The participants are individuals with full civil act capacity according to the law. The regulation strictly prohibits husbands, wives or siblings from registering to auction a plot of land in the same session.
The bid form can only be submitted once for each plot of land, with clear information, registration and valid sealing. Documents with incorrect lot symbols will be canceled.
The auction winner is responsible for paying the full winning amount and fees and charges within 20 days from the date of announcement of the results.
In case the auction is not won, the deposit will be refunded within 3 working days.
