Truong Son Joint Stock Auction Company announced the organization of the first round of auction of land use rights for 57 plots of land in Dam area, Cach Xa village, Cao Duong commune, Thanh Oai district (now Dan Hoa commune, Hanoi city).
Land plots with residential land use purposes, allocated by the State, with land use fees collected through auction, with a stable and long-term term of use.
The area of the plots ranges from 74.63m2 to 134m2, with a starting price of VND 8,097,000/m2. The total starting price of the 57 plots of land is more than 41.4 billion VND. The deposit for each plot is 20% of the starting price.
The starting price does not include related taxes, fees and charges. The auction winner is responsible for paying all taxes and fees in accordance with the law. In case the customer wins the auction, the deposit will be transferred to the account of Thanh Oai District People's Committee. Participants will pay for bank transfer costs in related transactions.
The common price step applied to all plots is 100,000 VND/m2. In case the highest bid is not in the correct price step, it will be rounded up according to the next adjacent price step.
The registration time to participate in the auction starts from 8:00 a.m. on November 10, 2025 and ends at 4:00 p.m. on December 12, 2025.
The auction is expected to open at 8:30 a.m. on December 17, 2025 at the old Thanh Oai District Gymnasium.
Participants must be present at least 60 minutes before the auction to get a name, receive a refund and customer card. After the auctioneer declares the end of the scoring time, those who are not present will be considered not to participate.
The auction is organized in the form of direct voting on the spot, for each plot of land, a single round. The returned price is calculated according to the unit price of 1m2 of land, as a basis for determining the value of the land plot in the planning area.
