The Property Auction Service Center No. 2 of Phu Tho province has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 9 plots of land in Tam Son commune, with a total area of 1,429.5 m2, with a total starting price of more than 8.61 billion VND.
The auction is conducted in the form of indirect voting via post, the method of bidding up, the minimum price step is 1,000 VND/m2. The auction winner is subject to additional taxes, fees and charges according to regulations.
In which, Dong Man Area, Dong Van village includes 08 lots (O-01, O-10, O-13, O-14, O-26, O-27, O-30, O-43), area of 140 m2/lot, starting price 7 million VND/m2, deposit 196 million VND/lot.
In Dong Tro Lang area, Ngoc Son village, there is 01 lot (A1), area of 309.5 m2, starting price of 2.5 million VND/m2, deposit of 154.75 million VND. The auction is only for individuals who are eligible for land allocation by the State under the 2024 Land Law and fully meet the prescribed conditions.
The time for selling documents is from 7:30 a.m. on October 27 to 5:00 p.m. on November 11 at the Auction Center and from November 05-07 at the People's Committee of Tam Son commune, with a fee of VND 100,000/mentariat.
The deadline for deposit and application payment is no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 11. The results were announced at 8:00 a.m. on November 14 at the Hall of the Tam Son Commune Political Training Center.
Participants submit a stamp payment form to the Center and the results are made public when opening the envelope. This is an opportunity for individuals to qualify to own residential land in Tam Son commune.
