The Project to Invest in Construction of Technical Infrastructure to serve old Dong Quoc Binh apartment building renovation investment projects is implemented according to Decision No. 383/QD-UBND dated February 10, 2023 of the City People's Committee. In order to ensure the project implementation progress, in the past time, Gia Vien Ward People's Committee has proactively closely coordinated with relevant units to deploy measurement, inventory, preparation and approval of compensation, support, and resettlement plans in accordance with regulations for land acquisition cases.
This time, there are 92 households and individuals eligible to participate in the draw, of which 80 households directly participated in the draw to choose locations. Each household conducts a draw once to accurately determine the location of the land plot on the approved planning map. The draw process is carried out seriously, publicly, democratically and transparently. The draw order is implemented according to the priority principle: households that hand over the land first or have a larger compensated land acquisition area will be drawn first to ensure satisfactory rights for the people.
The completion of the land draw helps households soon settle in new places, and at the same time creates a premise for the locality to accelerate the progress of site clearance, serving the city urban embellishment project.
