On May 17, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province announced that it had planned to auction land use rights for 9 land plots and plots in 2025 with a total area of 394 hectares.
The land plots in Nha Trang include Land plot No. 9 Truong Son (0.48ha), Land plot in O HH3-1 and HH3-2 My Gia Urban Area (3.7ha), Land plot of Binh Tan Port warehouse, 01A Phuoc Long (3.5ha), Land plot No. 96, map sheet No. 53 (No. 2-4 Bai Duong, 0.03ha), Vung Ngan Complex (58.7ha) and Mui Co - Bai ran Complex (124ha, all located on Hon Tre Island).
There are also some other land areas such as Ho Na High-end Resort (150ha in Van Ninh district), High-tech shrimp farming area in Ninh Quang commune (22.9ha) and Ninh Van Concentrated Shrimp Breeding and Inspection Area (30ha, all in Ninh Hoa town).
It is expected that from now until the end of 2025, the above land plots and plots will have land prices approved by the locality.
