On July 7, An Giang Provincial Police organized a thematic summary conference on administrative management of social order (QLHC on TTXH) in the first 6 months of 2026 and deployed tasks for the last 6 months of 2026.
In the first 6 months of 2026, the Police Force for Administrative Management of Social Order has focused on synchronously deploying key tasks, completing on schedule the targets assigned by the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order and the Director of the Provincial Police.
In its role as the standing agency of Project 06/CP, the Provincial Police has proactively advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue many documents directing, urging, and guiding the implementation of the tasks of Project 06 associated with administrative reform and digital transformation in the province; maintaining periodic meetings of Project 06 Working Group to evaluate results, remove difficulties and obstacles; closely coordinating with departments and branches in data cleaning, registering electronic identification accounts for organizations, collecting information about martyrs and relatives to serve DNA sampling to identify missing martyrs.
The Police Force for Administrative Management of Social Order has also advised the Director of the Provincial Police to issue a peak plan for issuing ID cards and electronic identification accounts to people and organizations; coordinated to deploy 5 Digital Citizen stations and pilot the AI Camera system to ensure traffic order and safety phase 2 in Phu Quoc; and at the same time regularly urged commune-level police to effectively implement the work of cleaning population data, ensuring data is "right, sufficient, clean, live", serving connection and data sharing with departments, branches and localities.
Many key targets achieved 100% results, notably: completing the review of more than 81,000 cases of citizens who have registered birth but have not registered permanent residence; nearly 16,600 cases of people participating in social insurance in industrial parks; supplementing personal identification numbers for more than 18,800 cases granted diplomas and certificates; cleaning up more than 90,300 land data...
The work of collecting information about martyrs and relatives to serve DNA sampling reached 99.58%; 4,211 relatives by maternal surname have been identified to serve DNA sampling for 5,754 unidentified martyrs.
Through propaganda and mobilization of people to hand over weapons, explosives, and support tools, functional forces have recovered 76 guns of all kinds, 806 bullets, 1 105mm warhead, 36 support tools, 567 rudimentary weapons and many weapon assembly components....

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Colonel Diep Van The, Deputy Director of An Giang Provincial Police, acknowledged and praised the outstanding results that the Administrative Management Police force for Social Order has achieved in the first 6 months of 2026. The comrade requested that in the last 6 months of 2026, the entire force continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, proactively grasp the situation, closely follow the direction of the Ministry of Public Security and the Director of the Provincial Police to drastically and synchronously deploy all aspects of work.
In which, focus on improving the quality of advising on the effective implementation of Project 06; promoting administrative reform, digital transformation, ensuring that population data is always "correct, sufficient, clean, and lively"; accelerating the issuance of ID cards and electronic identification accounts; tightening inspection and professional guidance for commune-level police, contributing to effectively serving the state management of security and order and building the An Giang Provincial Police force to become increasingly regular and modern.
