On December 9, information from the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center said that it has just proposed to the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee a list of 37 land plots for land use rights auction in 2025 and the following years.
In particular, in Long Thanh district, there are 4 land plots including: Land plot of more than 77 hectares and land plot of nearly 37 hectares in Long Duc commune; Land plot of 282 hectares in Binh Son commune and land plot of 2.2 hectares in Tam An commune.
According to the assessment of the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province, the land plots in Long Thanh district have large areas and beautiful locations, so the possibility of successful auction is high and the amount of money collected is large.
Of which, the land area of more than 282 hectares near Long Thanh airport is valued at 7,400 billion VND according to the land price list.
