    Từ ngày 1.6.2024, đã có 23 phường thuộc 5 quận trên địa bàn TP Hà Nội tiến hành thí điểm phân loại rác thành 4 loại. Sau gần 3 tuần thí điểm, nhiều địa phương đã triển khai tốt, nhiều địa phương vẫn còn gặp khó.

    Còn 7 tháng nữa là đến hạn bắt buộc phải triển khai phân loại rác tại nguồn theo quy định, tuy nhiên các hộ dân, các chủ nguồn thải vẫn chưa hiểu rõ phải phân loại rác như thế nào, phải trả tiền theo lượng rác thải ra sao; đổ rác phân loại ở đâu, như thế nào.
