    Từ ngày 1.6.2024, đã có 23 phường thuộc 5 quận trên địa bàn TP Hà Nội tiến hành thí điểm phân loại rác thành 4 loại. Sau gần 3 tuần thí điểm, nhiều địa phương đã triển khai tốt, nhiều địa phương vẫn còn gặp khó.
