The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a plan to organize the implementation of Inspection Conclusion No. 81/KL-TTCP dated March 18, 2025 of the Government Inspectorate on the responsibility for state management of planning and implementation of construction planning of the Ministry of Construction.
Accordingly, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Bac Ninh city and relevant units to organize the implementation of the planning review for 2 projects including:
1. Investment project to build a complex of commercial centers and apartments for sale in New Melbourne.
2. Investment project to build a Commercial, Service, Office and Apartment Building for sale (Dabco Park View project - PV).
At the same time, propose a direction to handle existing problems and violations (if any) according to regulations. Implementation time: Completion before May 15, 2025.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province also assigned the Department of Finance, the Department of Construction and the People's Committee of Bac Ninh City to clearly identify the responsibilities of each collective and individual involved in existence, limitations and shortcomings stated in the conclusions of the Government Inspectorate and organize review and handling according to their competence.
For collectives and individuals under the management authority of the Provincial People's Committee and other agencies and organizations, request the Department of Finance, Department of Construction and Bac Ninh City People's Committee to propose the provincial People's Committee, other agencies and organizations to handle as prescribed, and report the results of the provincial Inspectorate for synthesis. Implementation time: Completed before 15.5.2025.
Previously, as Lao Dong reported, the inspection conclusion No. 81/KL-TTCP of the Government Inspectorate named 5 projects in Bac Ninh with shortcomings, limitations, and violations.
Of which, there are 2 apartment projects built on public land, not in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Urban Planning, which are the New Melbourne project invested by Royal Company Limited and the Dabaco Park View project invested by Dabaco Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company.
The New Melbourne project was approved for investment by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province in May 2018, with an area of 2,160.8 m2 with a total investment of 480 billion VND with a scale of 2 basements, 29 floors and 1 technical roof floor. According to the reporter's records, this project has been surrounded by corrugated iron and abandoned for many years.
Dabaco Park View is an apartment project in the high-end segment, with a total investment of 678 billion VND, with 458 apartments, put into operation and use since September 2022.
