Tasks of the Council: Appraisal of land price lists, appraisal of land price adjustment coefficients as proposed by the Department of Agriculture and Environment. The content of the Council's appraisal is implemented according to the Government's regulations on appraisal of land price lists, appraisal of land price adjustment coefficients according to Resolution No. 254/2025/QH15 dated December 11, 2025 of the National Assembly.
The Council operates under the cumulative regime, the specific tasks of the Council members are assigned by the Chairman of the Council; The Council decides to establish the Council's Working Group.
The Department of Finance is responsible for receiving dossiers requesting appraisal from the Department of Agriculture and Environment; advising the Chairman of the Council to invite or hire consulting organizations to determine land prices, land price experts to participate in the Council; advising on organizing Council meetings; summarizing the appraisal results of the Council and performing monitoring work, reporting the operating results of the Council when requested by competent authorities.
The Chairman of the Council is allowed to use the seal of the Provincial People's Committee, the Vice Chairman of the Council and members of the Council use the seal of their agency or unit to perform the tasks of the Council.
