Official dispatch sent to the Department of Construction; Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks (IPs).
The official dispatch clearly states, implementing the document dated October 17, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on agreeing to the policy on the industrial development plan; document dated November 13, 2025 of the Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks on receiving sponsored products for the planning of Luong Tai 1 Industrial Park sub-area;
The Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction to provide planning information on Luong Tai 1 Industrial Park, and at the same time guide the planning sponsor to complete the dossier to submit to competent authorities for appraisal and approval in February 2026.
It is known that according to the planning plan of Bac Ninh province (old) for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050, in Luong Tai district (old), it is proposed to add 3 industrial parks to the plan, including: Luong Tai 1 with a scale of 245ha (in An Thinh commune); Luong Tai 2 Industrial Park with a scale of 495ha (Binh Dinh and Quang Phu communes); Luong Tai Industrial - Urban - Service Park with a scale of 665ha, in Lam Thao, Phu Luong, Binh Dinh communes and Thua town.
Previously, in January 2025, Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation had official letters sent to Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee regarding the preparation of dossiers requesting investment policy approval, and at the same time approving investors, introducing locations for the Luong Tai 1 Industrial Park project.
By September 2025, Kinh Bac Consulting and Investment Joint Stock Company had sent an official letter to the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee proposing to sponsor the results of the Luong Tai 1 Industrial Park planning research.
Regarding the above proposal, the Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to: Consider the content of the proposal of Kinh Bac Consulting and Investment Joint Stock Company in the above document to ensure compliance with the procedures and regulations of law. Advise and propose, report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.
After the merger, Bac Ninh has 33 IPs with a total area of more than 10,100 ha, with a occupancy rate of about 56%.
