The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued an official dispatch on receiving the opinion of the Ministry of National Defense on the project of the Ho Cao Lake - Bac Giang eco-tourism, sports and entertainment complex (now Bac Ninh province).
The official dispatch sent to the Department of Construction and the Department of Finance stated that the Ministry of National Defense issued Official Dispatch No. 3898/BQP-TM dated June 28, 2025 on the investment policy for the Cao Ho Lake - Bac Giang eco-tourism project for sports and entertainment (now Bac Ninh province);
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh has the following opinion: Assign the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to study, synthesize opinions of the Ministry of National Defense, complete the dossier, and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval according to regulations.
According to the reporter's investigation, previously, in January 2022, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province (old) issued a Decision approving the Detailed Planning for the construction of the Eco-tourism, resort, sports and entertainment urban area of Ho Cao Lake - Bac Giang, Huong Son commune, Lang Giang district (scale 1/500).
Accordingly, the planning area is located within the administrative boundary of Huong Son commune, Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province (old).
The scale of the planning area is about 426.38 hectares. The population of the planning area is about 17,084 people.
The planning research area is an urban area of eco-tourism, resorts, sports, entertainment and functional works at the unit level.
