Previously, in August 2025, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Pham Van Thinh signed a Decision approving the Zoning Plan for the An Viet - Que Vo 6 Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project, scale 1/2,000.
According to the Decision, the Zoning Plan for the An Viet - Que Vo 6 Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project has a scale of about 76.02 hectares; located in Que Vo ward and Dao Vien ward, Bac Ninh province.
This is a clean, multi-industry industrial park that focuses on attracting projects in the fields of industrial production supporting the electronics industry, electronic equipment manufacturing; manufacturing components, spare parts, and projects using clean energy-saving technology that do not cause environmental pollution.
Regarding the above project, Lao Dong Newspaper has had many articles reflecting.
Accordingly, the An Viet - Que Vo 6 industrial park project was previously named Nhan Hoa - Phuong Lieu small and medium-sized industrial park.
The above project was granted an investment certificate in 2008, with a scale of about 453,664.9 m2, a total investment of more than 143 billion VND; the site clearance, construction of the operator house, the main axis road of the industrial park and leveling of most of the project implementation area have been completed.

The Nhan Hoa - Phuong Lieu - Que Vo small and medium-sized industrial park project was once one of 6 projects that were named by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province as being behind schedule, with prolonged backlog, low efficiency, causing great loss and waste.
After the merger, Bac Ninh has 33 industrial parks with a total area of over 10,100 hectares, with an occupancy rate of about 56%.
In the first 9 months of the year, Bac Ninh province has attracted over 15 billion USD in converted investment capital. Of which, 162 new domestic investment projects and 262 FDI projects were granted. In terms of FDI attraction alone, Bac Ninh is currently leading the country.
