The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a decision on assigning the investor to implement a social housing project on Lac Long Quan street, Vu Ninh ward, Bac Ninh province.
Accordingly, the investor is Anh Phu Trading and Service Company Limited, address: No. 219, Tran Hung Dao Street, Kinh Bac Ward, Bac Ninh Province.
Project scale: The expected land area is about 18,928 m2, population is about 2,057 people. In which: The social housing project is expected to have 19 floors, 1 attic, 1 basement to accommodate about 948 apartments.
Estimated total investment capital: About 1,583,613,000,000 VND.
The project's operation period: 50 years.
According to the Decision, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province also assigned the responsibility of relevant agencies, organizations and individuals in implementing the project, including: Vu Ninh Ward People's Committee, Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Provincial Military Command; Provincial Police; State Bank of Vietnam - Bac Ninh Province Branch; Bac Ninh Provincial Tax; Department of Finance, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Anh Phu Trading and Service Company Limited.
Bac Ninh is the leading locality in the country in social housing development - according to the assessment of the Ministry of Construction.
According to the Prime Minister's 1 million social housing projects, Bac Ninh province is assigned to invest in the construction of at least more than 135,000 apartments for workers and low-income people.
According to the Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province, there have been 71 social housing projects in the province with a total land area of about 255 hectares. When completed, the projects will meet about 9.12 million m2 of floor space with about 102,390 apartments.
Of these, 26 projects have been completed, 5 projects have been partially completed with a total of 20,726 apartments. The remaining 45 projects are being implemented; organizing compensation and site clearance for investment and construction.
