Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the investment policy for the Tu Son new urban area project combined with commerce and services.
Accordingly, the form of investor selection: Public bidding to select investors according to the provisions of the law on bidding.
According to the decision of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee, the project will invest in synchronously building technical infrastructure works, works on land area of about 113.06 ha. Project implementation location: Dong Nguyen ward and Tam Son ward, Bac Ninh province.
The project includes technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, low-rise housing, apartments, social housing, service works, education... meeting the housing needs of about 18,026 people.
The total investment capital of the project is estimated at 23,796,869,000,000 VND (Twenty-three thousand seven hundred ninety-six billion, eight hundred sixty-nine million VND). Of which, owner's equity is at least 15%, equivalent to more than 3.5 trillion VND, the rest is borrowed capital and other legal capital sources. Preliminary site clearance costs are estimated at more than 504 billion VND.
Project operating period: 50 years from the date of approval of the investor selection results for project implementation.
Complete compensation, site clearance, land allocation to investors: 12 months from the date of approval of investor selection results. Project implementation progress: 72 months from the date the investor is allocated land to implement the project.
