The highest prices were listed at up to VND 160 million/m2 in the following areas: Quang Trung Street (in Hong Bang Ward); To Hieu Street (in Le Chan Ward), from Cau Dat to An Duong Intersection; Nguyen Duc Canh Street (in Le Chan Ward and An Bien Ward), from Cau Dat to Tran Nguyen Han Intersection; Cau Dat Street (in Le Chan Ward and Gia Vien Ward).
With a price of 150 million VND/m2, buyers will be able to own prime land in the following locations: Tran Phu Street (in Le Chan Ward and Hong Bang Ward), the section from Cau Dat Intersection to Dien Bien Phu Intersection, and Dien Bien Phu Street, the section from Lac Long Bridge to Tran Hung Dao Intersection; Tran Hung Dao Street (from Cau Dat Intersection to Dien Bien Phu Intersection, Hong Bang Ward); Dien Bien Phu Street (from Lac Long Bridge to Tran Hung Dao Intersection, Hong Bang Ward and Gia Vien/Ngo Quyen Ward).
