For cases of land allocation and land lease according to the provisions of the 1993 Land Law, Land Law No. 13/2003/QH11 and documents detailing and guiding implementation that are actually handed over land before January 1, 2005, the policy of collecting land use fees, land rent and land prices to calculate land use fees and land rent applies at the time the 2005 land price list issued by the provincial People's Committee takes effect.
For cases of land allocation and land lease according to the provisions of the 1993 Land Law, Land Law No. 13/2003/QH11 and documents detailing and guiding implementation that are actually handed over land by competent state agencies from January 1, 2005 to before the effective date of this Law, the policy of collecting land use fees, land rent and land prices to calculate land use fees and land rent is determined at the time of land handover in reality".
