Hue reclaims land for 1,885 billion VND golf course project due to slow implementation
On May 8, the People's Committee of Hue City announced that it had just issued Notice No. 169/TB-UBND on land recovery at the Hue Golf Course Complex Project (Thuy Duong Ward, Huong Thuy Town) invested by Thien An Joint Stock Company.
According to the notice, the enterprise continues to use land within 24 months from the date the project is terminated (18.4.2025 to the end of April 18, 2027) to handle assets attached to the land as prescribed in Decree 102/2024/ND-CP. After this time, if Thien An Company does not complete the handling of assets, the State will recover land without compensation.
The People's Committee of Hue City also assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to take full responsibility before the law for the accuracy of documents and procedures related to the project.
