Auction of 51 Hung Yen land plots, starting from 21 million VND/m2
Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just issued a notice to auction the right to use 51 plots of land for people to build houses in Hong Quang commune, An Thi district, Hung Yen province on May 31.
The land plots have an area ranging from 100 - 162m2, the total area of the land is 5,443.74m2. The starting price of land plots ranges from 21 - 25.5 million VND/m2. The price step is 100,000 VND/m2. The form of auction by direct votes directly at 1 round at the auction by the price paid.
The auction participant will pay the deposit equal to 20% of the total value of the land plot calculated according to the starting price.

Thanh Hoa plans a new high-tech industrial park
The People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province has just issued Decision No. 1476/QD-UBND approving the 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan of Luu Binh Industrial Park (IP) in Quang Xuong district. This is a high-tech industrial park with a total area of about 470 hectares, oriented to attract industries using advanced technology such as assembling electronic components, telecommunications, and information technology.
Luu Binh Industrial Park is located in the communes of Quang Binh, Quang Luu, Quang Loc and Quang Nhan. Border of the area: North borders Quang Nhan commune, South borders Tien Trang commune, East borders the North canal and existing residents, West borders Cong Truc industrial cluster and Farmstay tourism area according to the plan.
The project will be implemented in three phases: Phase 1 (161.3ha), Phase 2 (140.57ha) and Phase 3 (141.9ha). Internal traffic is organized closed, the road surface is 20.5 - 37m wide, meeting the requirements of underground technical infrastructure arrangement.
