9 land plots of nearly 400 hectares in Khanh Hoa will be auctioned for land use rights
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just had a plan to auction land use rights for 9 land plots and plots in 2025 with a total area of 394 hectares.
The land plots in Nha Trang include Land plot No. 9 Truong Son (0.48ha), Land plot in O HH3-1 and HH3-2 My Gia Urban Area (3.7ha), Land plot of Binh Tan Port warehouse, 01A Phuoc Long (3.5ha), Land plot No. 96, map sheet No. 53 (No. 2-4 Bai Duong, 0.03ha), Vung Ngan Complex (58.7ha) and Mui Co - Bai ran Complex (124ha, all located on Hon Tre Island).
There are also some other land areas such as Ho Na High-end Resort (150ha in Van Ninh district), High-tech shrimp farming area in Ninh Quang commune (22.9ha) and Ninh Van Concentrated Shrimp Breeding and Inspection Area (30ha, all in Ninh Hoa town).

Local land fever in many localities warns of speculative risks and virtual price increases
The real estate market in the first quarter of 2025 witnessed the return of local "land fever" phenomena in some localities. Binh Dinh requests to completely handle the site and resettlement to expand Quy Nhon Port
On May 18, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang directed to resolve difficulties in site clearance (GPMB) and resettlement (TDC) to serve the Quy Nhon Port expansion project.
The Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee requested Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company to coordinate with the province's Interdisciplinary Working Group to urgently complete the dossier and plan for resettlement for 56 households that have drawn lots for resettlement land plots. After completion, the dossier must be sent to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for appraisal and submission to competent authorities for approval.
For 8 households that have not yet drawn up a plot of resettlement land, Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang assigned Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company to coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Working Group to invite households to work directly and organize a plot of resettlement land draw.
