More than 800 social housing units in Thai Nguyen will be completed in 2025
Many social housing projects in Thai Nguyen are being implemented, expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2025.
The social housing project (NOXH) in Dai Thang Residential Area (in Pho Yen and Van Xuan wards), with an area of 8,432m2, will start construction in 2024. The project is being completed and will be put into use by the end of the third quarter of 2025 with 395 apartments.
The workers' housing and social housing project in Tich Luong ward, with an area of 11.3 hectares, with about 689 apartments, started construction in June 2022. The investor sets a target of completing 148 apartments in 2025.

Proposal to pilot short-term accommodation rental in apartments in Ho Chi Minh City
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction has just proposed that the City People's Committee allow a pilot model of short-term rental of apartments. According to the proposal, the pilot program will be applied to apartments in apartment buildings with guaranteed technical systems such as electricity, water, elevators, fire prevention and fighting and waste treatment, built in accordance with the design documents approved by competent authorities. The implementation period of this pilot program is within 12 months from September 1, 2025.
To participate in the pilot, household owners must meet a number of conditions. First, the rental must be approved by the Apartment Conference and approved the content of appropriate adjustment of management and operation fees. The apartment owner needs to register the purpose of use with the local government, management board and building operator.
In addition, the landlord is obliged to declare the tenant's accommodation information, ensuring compliance with regulations on tourism, residence, tax, fire prevention and fighting and insurance. Rental activities must also ensure safety, security, order, environmental sanitation and not affect the rights of other residents. Hanoi is about to have an additional urban functional area of 143.2 hectares
The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 3840/QD-UBND on approving the Detailed Planning of Thuong Cat Urban Functional Area, scale 1/500, location: Thuong Cat Ward, Tay Tuu Ward and O Dien Commune.
According to the Decision, the Project aims to concretize the General Planning for the construction of Hanoi Capital to 2045, with a vision to 2065. Planning modern and synchronous urban areas, social and technical infrastructure connecting neighboring projects. Determine land use functions, organize landscape architectural space and technical infrastructure. Serve as a legal basis for construction investment management.
The area for research on the detailed planning of Thuong Cat Urban Functional Area, scale 1/500, is within the administrative boundaries of Thuong Cat ward, Tay Tuu ward and O Dien commune.
