The social housing project (NOXH) in Dai Thang Residential Area (in Pho Yen and Van Xuan wards), with an area of 8,432m2, will start construction in 2024. The project is being completed and will be put into use by the end of the third quarter of 2025 with 395 apartments.
The workers' housing and social housing project in Tich Luong ward, with an area of 11.3 hectares, with about 689 apartments, started construction in June 2022. The investor sets a target of completing 148 apartments in 2025.
Bach Quang Ward Social Housing Project, area 5.67ha, with 469 apartments. Of which, about 260 low-rise social housing units are expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
In Thai Nguyen province, a number of social housing projects are being implemented according to Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly to pilot a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of social housing.
Currently, 2 investors have submitted proposals for investment approval, including the Social Housing Project in Viet Han Urban Area, Pho Yen Ward and the Diem Thuy Social Housing Project, Diem Thuy Commune.
