Expensive apartment prices, workers accept the situation of renting a house for life
Hanoi apartment prices skyrocket to 70-80 million VND/m2, causing many middle-income people to give up their dream of settling down and choose to rent a house for a long time to reduce costs.
Mr. Le Van Quy ( Ung Hoa, Hanoi): "For example, for apartment buildings ranging from 70-100 million VND/m2, with areas exceeding 100 million VND/m2, we are people who do not have enough money to buy a house".
In fact, Mr. Quy shared: "My family has had to rent a house for 30 years. I am currently 55 years old, I really hope the whole family has a stable house to live in".

Speaking at a seminar with the theme " decoding real estate capital flows and opportunities for real home buyers" of Lao Dong Newspaper on October 22, Mr. Pham Thanh Tuan - lawyer of the Hanoi Bar Association, real estate legal expert - gave an optimistic forecast for the real estate market in the coming time.

Hung Yen auctions 19 land lots in Dong Quan commune residential area
The Property Auction Service Center - Department of Justice of Hung Yen province has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 19 residential land lots in the residential planning area of Dong Quan commune, Hung Yen province.
According to the announcement, the invitation to participate in the auction will be sold at the People's Committee of Dong Quan commune for two days, from 8:30 a.m. on November 6 to 4:30 p.m. on November 7, 2025; and at the Property Auction Service Center from 8:00 a.m. on October 27 to 11:30 a.m. on November 10, 2025 (except for Saturday, Sunday and holidays).
Participants pay the deposit between 8:00 a.m. on October 27 and 11:30 a.m. on November 10, 2025. The submission of registration documents to participate in the auction is carried out at the same time, at the People's Committee of Dong Quan commune or the Auction Center.
The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on November 13, 2025 (third year) at the Hall of the People's Committee of Dong Quan commune.
The deposit is divided into 11 levels, from 85 million VND to 210 million VND/plot of land. The starting price is calculated according to the unit price of 1m2, ranging from 4.5 million VND to 7.15 million VND/m2 depending on the location of the land plot.
