On October 7, the People's Committee of Da Nang City held a conference to review and continue implementing the 9-day campaign to enrich and clean the land database of Da Nang City according to plan No. 515/KH-BCA-BNN&MT dated August 31, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
The campaign is implemented from September 1 to November 30 in the city, including communes, wards, villages, hamlets, residential groups, and residential groups.
The goal of the Campaign is to complete the city's land database, ensure the criteria of "correct - sufficient - clean - living - unified - shared", create a foundation for the development of e-Government, serving the state management of land in a transparent and effective manner.
At the ceremony, the establishment of Steering Committee 515 was announced, headed by Vice Chairman of Da Nang People's Committee Phan Thai Binh; Decision to establish Working Group 515, headed by Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment Pham Nam Son. The Department of Agriculture and Environment has specifically implemented it for units including: Land Management Department, Agricultural and Environmental Data Management Center and Land Registration Office for implementation.
Up to now, the professional contents have been implemented: Complete the development of information collection update software and complete the collection guidance from Certificates and citizen identification cards.
Converting the database from a 3-level model to a 2-level model with 1,209,442 plots of land (reaching 100%). These plots have also been built with an Identification Code; extracted data to move to Department C06 to perform data authentication; classified into 3 groups: 643,005 plots in Group 2 and 566,437 plots of land in Group 3.

The above results demonstrate the proactive and positive spirit of agencies and units, especially the responsibility of civil servants, public employees and workers at all levels directly implementing the Campaign. Up to now, 20 communes and wards have established Steering Committees and Working Groups; Of which, 1 commune has issued a Detailed Plan to implement the Campaign in the commune.
The conference also outlined key tasks that need to be focused on: Continue to review and standardize data according to the two-level local government model, associated with a single land plot identification code; Complete the collection and digitization of all Certificates, information of land users and citizen identification cards not yet in the database; Synchronize local data to the National Land Database, ensuring information safety and security.
The conference aims to comprehensively disseminate and thoroughly grasp the content of the 90-day Campaign, clearly guide the technical process, especially discuss difficulties and problems after 1 month of implementation, to unify the method of coordination, supervision and progress reporting, ensuring real, synchronous and information security results.
Speaking at the opening of the conference, Mr. Pham Nam Son - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment emphasized that with the workload according to the city's Plan 104, it is necessary to speed up the progress, focusing on key tasks.

Synchronize local data to the National Land Database, ensuring information security and confidentiality.
