Set a deadline for demolishing the Shark's Den building
The demolition of the Shark Dock in Hanoi will be implemented in May 2025 and completed in August 2025.
The People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District has just informed about the demolition of the Shark assidence building (No. 1-3-5 Dinh Tien Hoang).
With the permission of Hanoi City, the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District has studied a plan to renovate and embellish Dong Kinh - Nghia Thuc Square in the wards of Hang Trong, Hang Gai, Hang Bac and Ly Thai To. This is the connection point of 2 heritage urban areas including Hoan Kiem Lake - Ngoc Son Temple in the South (special National Monument) and the Old Quarter in the North (National Monument).

Canceling a land auction in Ninh Binh due to too many documents
Hundreds of customers who bought documents and paid deposits to participate in the auction of 126 land lots in Hoa Lu city (Ninh Binh) were quite surprised when the auction was canceled.
Before the information of merging the three provinces of Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam into one and the head office located in Ninh Binh, recently, the real estate market in Ninh Binh has been quite vibrant. Many land use rights auctions in Ninh Binh province have brought in tens or even hundreds of billions of VND to the State budget, with a difference higher than the initial starting price.
Recently, on 13.5, (2 days) before the announcement of the auction results of 126 land lots in Ninh Phong ward (Hoa Lu city), Tuan Linh Property Auction Company, had to make a notice of canceling the auction of the right to use the 126 plots due to the number of people participating in the auction too crowded. This caused hundreds of customers to submit the application and deposit was quite surprised.

Quang Ninh seeks investors for 3 billion-dollar urban areas on the shore of Cua Luc Bay
The People's Committee of Quang Ninh province calls on investors to study and invest in 3 real estate projects with beautiful locations on the shore of Cua Luc Bay.
These projects are all located in Le Loi commune, Ha Long city, located on National Highway 279.
Of which, the Northern Urban Area of Cua Luc Bay has an expected area of 45 hectares, with an investment capital of about VND 2,300 billion.
The ecological urban area north of Cua Luc Bay has an estimated area of about 130 hectares. The total estimated investment capital of this urban area is about 6,700 billion VND.
The third project is the Urban Area East of Cua Luc 2 Bridge, with an area of about 50 hectares and an investment capital of about VND 2,600 billion.

Hanoi plans to have 6 social housing projects completed in 2025
Hanoi is expected to complete 6 projects with 4,730 social housing units this year.
In Decision No. 444/QD-TTg dated February 27, 2025, the Prime Minister assigned the target of Hanoi City to complete 4,670 units in 2025. Through on-site inspection, the Ministry of Construction has announced the progress of social housing projects in Hanoi this year.
The project to build a social housing area for officers and soldiers of the Ministry of Public Security in Co Nhue 2 ward, Bac Tu Liem district with a scale of 1,340 units was completed in the first quarter of 2025.
The Kim Hoa Urban Housing Project (the social housing part in land plots CT1,CT2, CT3, CT4) in Me Linh district, Hanoi, invested by Than Ha Trading and Construction Company, with a scale of 720 apartments (4 buildings with 9 floors above ground, 1 basement), has completed the rough construction, and can be completely completed in 2025.
