The People's Committee of Hai Duong province issued a Decision on approving specific land prices and assets attached to land at the land plot at 167 Bach Dang street, Tran Phu ward, Hai Duong city.
This is the basis for determining the starting price in the process of organizing the auction of land use rights and assets on land in accordance with the provisions of law.
According to the decision, the land area of commercial and service land is leased by the State for lease -paying for a whole rental period of 50 years. As of April 2025, the average approved commercial service land price was VND 47,246,798/m². The total value of property attached to the land is determined by 3,557,177,000 VND.
From these parameters, the Provincial People's Committee approved the starting price to organize an auction of land use rights and assets attached to land in the above land plot at 29,391,726,000 VND. Of which, the value of land use rights is 25,834,549,000 VND and the value of assets on land is 3,557,177,000 VND.
The Provincial People's Committee requests departments and branches including: Natural Resources and Environment, Finance, Construction, Justice; Tax Department of Region V; Hai Duong City People's Committee and related agencies and units to base on assigned functions and tasks to organize implementation, ensuring the auction is in accordance with the correct order and procedures according to the provisions of law.
Determining and approving the starting price for the auction of a land with a central and favorable location in Hai Duong city not only demonstrates publicity and transparency in land management but also contributes to creating revenue for the state budget and attracting investors interested in urban development, trade and services in the locality.
