Secretary and Chairman of a commune in Hanoi directly presented a series of red books to people

41 red books were awarded to the winning customers at Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Thanh Oai commune, Hanoi city.

On October 30, Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee handed over 41 certificates of land use rights and property ownership rights to customers who won the auction of land use rights in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village who have fully paid land use fees according to regulations.

At the conference, Vice Chairman of Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee Nguyen Dang Manh reported on the process of organizing the auction of residential land use rights, the work of completing documents, paying financial obligations of the winning bidders and the issuance of Land Use Rights Certificates in accordance with legal regulations.

According to Mr. Manh, since implementing the 2-level local government, the People's Committee of the commune has issued 56 land use right certificates, including 15 certificates of land use rights with the origin of land left by their ancestors and 41 certificates of land use right for customers who won the land auction.

For the auctioned land of Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong, Van Quan village, the People's Committee of the commune has handed over 118/120 plots of land on site; has had 97/120 registration fee notices from tax authorities; printed 41/120 land use right certificates and presented land use right certificates to the winning customers, ensuring correct procedures, publicity, transparency and correct subjects.

"The awarding of Land Use Rights Certificates to auction winners affirms publicity, transparency, and compliance with legal regulations in local land management and use.

This is not only a recognition of the legitimate rights of the auction winners, but also a demonstration of the determination of the Thanh Oai commune government in effectively implementing the policy of auctioning land use rights - an important solution to increase revenue for the budget, create land funds for infrastructure development and rural improvement" - Mr. Nguyen Dang Manh affirmed.

Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee recommends that customers after receiving the certificate should quickly carry out construction procedures according to the planning, ensure aesthetics, and contribute to building Thanh Oai homeland more and more civilized and developed.

In the coming time, Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee will continue to speed up the completion of documents and procedures for granting Land Use Rights Certificates for the remaining auctioned plots, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, accuracy, publicity and transparency.

At the same time, speed up the process of granting Land Use Rights Certificates to households and individuals in the area, especially for those who are eligible but still have reservations.

This is one of the key tasks to enhance the effectiveness of state management of land, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
