At the meeting with voters on the issuance of land use right certificates (red books), voters of Thuong Cat ward, Hanoi raised some concerns about the shortcomings in the process of implementing administrative procedures for granting red books, the progress of construction investment projects in the area, urban management, traffic, drainage, etc.
Voters hope that these concerns will be accepted by the ward leaders and answered promptly.
Regarding the procedures for granting red books and converting land use purposes, Chairman of Thuong Cat Ward People's Committee Le Thi Thu Huong replied: The Ward People's Committee will develop a specific plan, roadmap, and process to guide and organize implementation.
Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Thuong Cat Ward Luu Ngoc Ha said that according to the report of the People's Council of the Ward, out of 83 opinions and recommendations from voters and people, there are still 44 recommendations that have not been resolved, accounting for 53%, of which 23 recommendations have general answers, with unclear settlement roadmap and completion time.
The Secretary of Thuong Cat Ward requested the Ward People's Committee to seriously absorb and direct the review of all recommendations of the People at meetings with voters, citizen receptions of People's Council delegates at all levels and at dialogue conferences, with specific instructions for each issue, a roadmap for resolution according to authority associated with the responsibility of each agency, unit and the head of the agency, unit.
The Ward People's Committee needs to review how many plots of land in the area need to be granted red books, including how many plots of land are eligible, how many plots are not eligible, specific problems and solutions for each plot of land to inform the People.
For contents beyond its authority, the Ward People's Committee continues to synthesize and report to the city, relevant departments and branches to receive timely instructions, guidance and information to voters and the people.
