On November 5, Lam Dong Department of Agriculture and Environment said that the unit had just issued a notice requesting Xuan Truong Private Enterprise (Da Teh commune) to submit the original land use right certificate (red book) because the State had reclaimed the land.
Previously, on September 19, 2025, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued a decision on the land recovery of Xuan Truong Private Enterprise due to the termination of the investment project in Da Teh 2 commune.
On September 25, the provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment was assigned to preside over the recovery and handover of the land area to Da Teh 2 commune for management. However, the authorities have not been able to contact the person of Xuan Truong Private Enterprise.
At the time of organizing the land acquisition, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lam Dong province requested the above enterprise to comply with the submission of the original red book issued on September 10, 2018, and send it to the department through the Department of Land Management.
Before November 18, if this enterprise does not submit the original, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will carry out the procedures for canceling the red book according to regulations.
"The above red book has expired since the date of land acquisition according to the decision dated September 19.; for all related transactions, Xuan Truong Private Enterprise must take full responsibility before the law", the announcement of Lam Dong Department of Agriculture and Environment stated.
Previously, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to reclaim more than 7,000m2 of land in Da Teh 2 Commune from Xuan Truong Private Enterprise.
The reason for the revocation is to terminate the investment project according to the provisions of law and the decision of the Department of Finance on terminating the operation of the investment project of the office area and concrete component factory of this enterprise.
The decision to reclaim stated that the State did not compensate for land and assets attached to the land according to regulations.
Based on the regulations, the Provincial People's Committee requests Xuan Truong Private Enterprise to comply with the handover of land and documents on land use rights and the People's Committee of Da Teh 2 commune is responsible for receiving and managing the recovered land area.
However, when handing over the land on site, the authorities invited this enterprise but the unit did not attend.
Currently, on the recovered land, there are two houses, one for a wood workshop, the other for an office. In addition, there is a phone signal post, the rest is vacant land.
