According to the decision of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee, this land is located in Binh An Ward, Di An City. The land is converted to urban residential land to implement the Green Land Binh An apartment project.
The form of land use after changing the land use purpose is the State allocates land with land use fee collection. The land use term is until December 24, 2074.
Of the above area, 300m2 of residential land is invested in construction according to the detailed planning approved by the competent authority. And 1,054m2 must be managed and used according to the provisions of law on protection of safety corridors of construction works.
