On December 10, Binh Duong Province Electronic Information Portal reported that Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee has decided to allow Phan Thanh Company Limited to change the purpose of using 11,442 square meters of land from agricultural land to mineral exploitation.
The permitted form is that the State leases land and collects annual fees to carry out mineral exploitation projects such as construction stones. Land prices for calculating land rent are implemented according to regulations.
This land plot is located in Thuong Tan commune, Bac Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province. Land use term is until December 31, 2031.
It is known that previously, Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee granted a mineral exploitation license to the above company on this land.
Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee assigned Phan Thanh Company Limited to be responsible for paying land rent, fees and charges to the state budget.
