Accordingly, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province allowed Hoang Nam Project Investment Joint Stock Company to change the land use purpose to implement the Hoang Nam Star high-rise housing project.
The project is implemented in An Binh ward, Di An city, Binh Duong province. The area converted to land use for the project is 7,793 m2.
In particular, Binh Duong province allowed the change of land use purpose in the form of State allocation of land with land use fees for 7,199 m2 for urban residential land use.
For the area of 593 m2 of urban residential land that has received the transfer of land use rights, the company is requested to manage, use and invest in construction in accordance with the approved detailed plan of the project.
The project is allowed to use land until June 24, 2025. The land price for fulfilling financial obligations is calculated according to the provisions of law.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with departments and branches to advise the Provincial People's Committee to determine land prices to calculate land use fees. Direct the Land Registration Office to grant certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to enterprises. At the same time, determine the boundary and hand over the land on the field.
Enterprises must fully fulfill their financial obligations, manage and use land in accordance with legal regulations.
