The People's Committee of Binh Duong province decided to allow Kim Son Investment Hotel Joint Stock Company to change the land use purpose to implement the Kim Son high-rise apartment construction investment project.
The land for the project is in An Binh ward, Di An city, Binh Duong province.
The area allowed to change land use purposes is 3,353 m2. In which, the purpose of use is changed from land for growing other annual crops to urban residential land with an area of 2,592 m2, in the form of land allocation by the State with land use fees collected.
For the area of 680 m2 of urban land that has been transferred, the management and construction investment company will comply with the approved detailed planning of the project.
The land use term is until June 19, 2025. The land price for fulfilling financial obligations is calculated according to the provisions of law.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with departments and branches to advise the Provincial People's Committee to determine land prices to calculate land use fees. Direct the Land Registration Office to grant certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to enterprises. At the same time, determine the boundary and hand over the land on the field.
