The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has allowed FPT Education Company Limited to lease land to implement an investment project to build an educational and training complex including: university, vocational training, high school, junior high school and primary school.
The total area for businesses to lease land is 65,024 m2 for use in the construction of educational and training facilities.
Location of the large plots of land on the map of Road No. 16, Thai Hoa Ward, Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong Province. The land use term is until May 27, 2025. Land price for calculating financial obligations according to current law.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant departments and branches to award land use right certificates to enterprises after fulfilling financial obligations. At the same time, determine the boundary and hand over the land on the field.
According to the People's Committee of Binh Duong province, this is the first land lease for the above project. Binh Duong province requires enterprises to invest in construction and implementation of the project in accordance with the approved detailed planning at a scale of 1/500.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that the People's Council of Binh Duong province issued a resolution on the list of land plots to be bid to select investors to implement land use projects in the area. Including a land plot of 8.4 hectares to implement an education and training complex project (University, vocational training, high school, junior high school, primary school).
The project is located on DT 747 road, Tan Ba quarter, Thai Hoa ward, Tan Uyen city, Binh Duong province. This is the border area between Binh Duong and Dong Nai, close to Ho Chi Minh City.
The total investment of the project is VND 543 billion, of which, the project's implementation cost is about VND 472.7 billion, the compensation cost is about VND 21 billion, the rest is the provision cost. The project implementation time is 50 years. According to the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province, the investment goal of the project is to form an educational complex, thereby meeting the learning needs for about 4,150 students.
After that, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province approved FPT Education Company Limited as the investor to meet the requirements for capacity and experience in implementing the above project.
