On the morning of June 4, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoan - Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An province - said that he had grasped the information that parents reported about a supervisor in the 10th grade entrance exam who made inappropriate statements to candidates.
"After receiving the information, the Department of Education and Training has directed the 10th grade entrance examination council at Nam Dan 2 High School to report on the incident. Receiving the report of the Leaders of the Examination Council, determining the parents' feedback as a basis, the leader of the Department of Education and Training has directed the task of examining the examination of the above -mentioned supervisor."

The Chief of Office of the Nghe An Provincial Department of Education and Training also said that the department has repeatedly directed all exam councils to thoroughly grasp the admission regulations; requiring all cadres, teachers, and those on related duties to strictly comply. In particular, for supervisors, during the exam review process, they must follow the regulations, behave standardly, encourage candidates to do the test, and not put psychological pressure on students.
For teachers with substandard behavior, schools will not arrange them as supervisors in the following exams.
Previously, on June 3, social networks spread a petition of a parent whose child took the entrance exam for grade 10 at the Examination Council of Nam Dan 2 High School (Nam Dan District, Nghe An), reflecting that a teacher who took the exam at this exam spot had inappropriate behavior in the 2025-2026 school year exam.
According to the reflection, the parents' children were candidates taking the Literature exam on the same morning. After the competition, he returned home in a sad, confused mood and felt hurt by the disrespectful attitude of a supervisor in the competition room.
Specifically, when a candidate in the room asked for an additional exam certificate, teacher T.V.D - who is said to be the exam moderator at the exam site of Nam Dan 2 High School - gave up: "A lot of money is spent on studying and then working for hire, workers".
Not stopping there, when the same classroom teacher signed an exam certificate for students, Mr. D continued to mock his colleagues: "Love your job".
According to the reflection, during the exam, Mr. D hardly performed the task of exam preparation but left the remaining teacher to take charge of all the work. He even had an attitude of disregard for his colleagues in front of the students.
Parents also added that Mr. D had made statements expressing criticism and disrespect to people who do not have cars, thereby injuring many students and parents.
Children are at a very sensitive age, every word, look, and attitude of teachers can deeply affect their psychology and belief in school and education, the parent wrote in the petition.
Parents affirmed that the petition was not intended to attack individuals but hoped that the school would soon rectify and remind teachers to have a more correct understanding of their roles and responsibilities - especially at important moments such as the transfer exam.
