The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has issued a decision allowing OBC Thuan An Joint Stock Company to change the land use purpose from non-agricultural production facilities to urban residential land.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee allowed the conversion of 8,866 m2 of non-agricultural production land to urban residential land to implement the An Khang snail project (A&K Tower). The form of use after changing the purpose of land use is that the State allocates land with land use fees.
